  • Where is the store based?

    Middletown, NJ

  • How are these products shipped and packed?

    Standard shipping price for US residents is $5.

    Orders will be shipped every other week and are packet in a pet-free/smoke-free environment.

    Depending on the product size it will be wrapped and packed in sturdy flat mailers, craft envelope, or reused heavily sealed mailers. I will try my best to ship each product so it arrives in a safe condition to you while in attempt to be eco-friendly as much as I can with packaging.

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Yes and no. So far I only can ship to Canada for the time being. I'd prefer not to ship worldwide because the cost of international shipping is ABSURDLY EXPENSIVE and it's difficult to track.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    (UPDATE: All packages temporarily require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the (COVID-19) pandemic and increased package volumes.

    I ship out packages weekly. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Free tracking available on all orders.
